我覺得會安三寶最好吃的就是會安乾麵！
The Best -Cao Lau!
會安乾麵乍聽之下似乎很遜，就是一種乾麵嘛！但誰也沒料到，它居然成為我的最愛，午餐晚餐吃、早餐也要吃。 <3
(海烏旅館的自助式早餐就有提供哦，偶爾則會換成河粉。)
會安乾麵，又稱高樓麵。麵條本身是其最大的特色，以神奇井水搓揉麵團，造就特殊的有勁口感，實在是我從來沒吃過、在其他地方也找不到的。
因此，為了留下這份美味的記憶，除了在小鎮裡多吃幾碗以外，我還跑去傳統市場裡尋找高樓麵條，打算買回家來自己煮。
老闆娘拿出來的麵條長這樣，非常之硬，外觀有點像橡皮筋，完全不像可食用的東西，而且沒有另外包裝，就直接這樣一把抓給我，意想不到吧？

Cao lau, the dried noodle of Hoi An is my favorite dish. I liked to eat it as my lunch, dinner and even breakfast. <3
The noodle itself is the specialty, which has the rumor to be made with water from a magical well water. The springy texture is what I have never tried in my life and could not find it anywhere else, but only in Hoi An.
Hence, in order to keep this yummy memory, I went to the traditional market and search for the noodle. The second picture shows what I have found. Uncooked Cao Lau is very tough and looks like rubber bands. More interestingly, the seller just gave it to me directly without any packing.
